Washington State RCW 64.55.030 states that “all multiunit residential buildings shall have the building enclosure inspected by a qualified inspector during the course of initial construction and during rehabilitative construction”.

Third party inspections may not be required by law on all construction or remediation projects; however, it is highly recommended to have compliance inspections performed to avoid any defects that could occur.
